100% shareholder of renewable energy business is Georgia Capital, LSE-listed investment company with more than 90% institutional shareholder base. Georgia Capital focuses on larger scale investment opportunities in Georgia, which have the potential to reach at least GEL 300 million equity value over the next 3-5 years and monetizes investments through exits, as investments mature. 


Georgia capital has three fundamental enablers: 
(1) Superior access to capital.
(2) Access to good management.
(3) Strong corporate governance.


Currently Georgia Capital’s portfolio includes public as well as private portfolio companies: Georgia capital holds 19.9% equity stake in Bank of Georgia, one of the largest banks in Georgia, listed on LSE. Georgia Capital has a number of private investments in various sectors in Georgia, including healthcare, pharma, water utility, insurance, renewable energy, education, etc.
