Ia Gabunia

Chief Executive Officer

Ia Gabunia joined Georgian Renewable Power Holding in May 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, having previously served on the company’s board as since 2022. She brings more than fifteen years of experience in banking, investment management, and corporate leadership.

Before her appointment at GRPH, Ia was a Chief Strategy Officer at Georgia Capital and an Investment Director at BGEO Group since 2017. Earlier in her career, Ia led the Corporate Banking arm at Bank Republic, Société Générale Group, and held senior executive roles at several leading Georgian companies.

Ia holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), UK.
