Guram Akhvlediani

joined GRPH as CEO in July 2026.  From 2021-2026 Guram served as CTO and later CEO of Georgia Real Estate (GRE), one of the leading residential real estate developers in Georgia.

Earlier in his career in 2015-2021 Guram worked in GGU as Head of Investment Planning and Project Management Departments, overseeing CAPEX portfolio and commencement of several renewable energy projects.

Prior to joining GGU, he worked in Ontario Power Generation, one of the largest power producers in North America, as Investment & Financial Analyst. Guram holds BA degree in Economics from University of Toronto and MA in Economics from York University.
