Bond redemption

In connection with the public issuance of USD 80 million worth of 8,000 Green Secured Bonds (International Registration Number (ISIN): GE2700604186; State Registration Number: GE2700604186-01) on 12 October 2022 by Georgian Renewable Power Operations JSC (CRN: 404642892; the „Issuer“), on 12 July 2024 the Issuer has successfully completed the redemption of 190 Bonds at par value through one of the nominal Bondholder brokerage firms, following which on 19 July 2024 the redeemed 190 Bonds have been cancelled fully.
