Bond redemption

In connection with the public issuance of USD 80 million worth of 8,000 Green Secured Bonds (International Registration Number (ISIN): GE2700604186; State Registration Number: GE2700604186-01) on 12 October 2022 by Georgian Renewable Power Operations JSC (CRN: 404642892; the „Issuer“), on 07 February 2024 the Issuer has successfully completed the redemption of 511 Bonds at par value through one of the nominal Bondholder brokerage firms, following which the redeemed 511 Bonds have been cancelled fully.
